What are these calls, exactly?

These are one on one FaceTime sessions with me. They are real time, unscripted, and focused on genuine connection. You do not need a plan before you join. Some people talk about their week, their breakup, their goals, or they ask me questions. Others vent or reach out because they need someone to talk to when they feel off. There is no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Do I have to be good at talking?

A lot of people book their first call and say they have no idea what to talk about, and that is completely okay. We can start light with things like music, your day, or whatever has been on your mind, and go from there. I read energy well and can guide the conversation if you want help. Once we settle into a rhythm it usually feels natural and comfortable. You do not need to perform. You just need to show up.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No, and that is important to be clear about. I am not a licensed therapist, and this is not life coaching. I am not here to diagnose, fix, or give you a list of tasks. What I offer is something different. It is connection.

These calls feel more like talking to someone who understands you without judgment or pressure. You can vent, reflect, laugh, cry, or simply exist. I do have a background in psychology and social work, so I understand emotional depth and how to hold space, but I am here as a human, not as a clinician.

If you are going through something serious or in emotional crisis, I care enough to say that you should reach out to a licensed mental health professional. What I offer can feel supportive and grounding, but it is not a replacement for professional help.
