Frequently Asked Questions

What are these calls, exactly?

These are one-on-one FaceTime sessions with me—real-time, unscripted, and designed for actual connection. You don’t have to come in with a game plan. Some people talk about their week, their breakup, their dreams, or just ask me questions. Others vent, flirt a little, or need someone to talk to when they're feeling off. There’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

I’m present, responsive, and completely focused on you during our time. You set the tone. Whether it’s playful, vulnerable, lighthearted, or somewhere in between. These aren’t therapy sessions, but they are safe, personal, and human. If you've ever thought, “I just wish I had someone to talk to,” this is your space.

Do I have to be good at talking?

Not at all. You can show up awkward, overthinking, rambly, introverted, nervous—whatever’s real for you. These calls are not about being impressive. You don’t have to come in with a list of things to say or know how to carry a conversation. I’ve got you.

A lot of people book their first call and say, “I don’t really know what I want to talk about,” and that’s completely okay. We can start light—music, your day, the weather, your latest spiral—and go from there. I read energy well and can guide the vibe if you need me to. Once we find a rhythm, it usually starts to feel easy and real. You don't have to perform. Just be present.

Is this therapy or coaching?

Nope—and that’s important to be clear about. I’m not a licensed therapist, and this isn’t life coaching. I’m not here to diagnose, fix, or give you a to-do list. What I’m offering is something different: connection.

These calls are more like talking to someone who gets it, without judgment or pressure. You can vent, reflect, laugh, cry, or just exist. I do have a background in psychology and social work, so I understand emotional depth and how to hold space—but I'm here as a human, not a clinician.

If you’re going through something really serious or in emotional crisis, I care about you enough to say: please reach out to a licensed mental health professional. What I offer can feel therapeutic, but it is not a substitute for professional help.
